Any warranty provided?
We are very sorry, but due to the second-hand business, we can’t give you a warranty. However, we always try to provide the machine condition as much as possible by using photos, videos, inspection reports, and so on.
What is your payment conditions?
Basically, we accept 100% T/T in advance only. If there is no more choice, we can consider L/C at sight.
Can you recondition/repair the machine we are going to buy?
Yes, we can do it with extra cost. Feel free to inquire us for the quote.
Can you arrange the shipping?
Yes, we can accept CIF/CFR terms too. We provide container loading by ourselves.
We want to inspect the machine before purchasing, but we need your invitation to enter Japan. Can you invite us?
If you haven’t done any business transaction before, we are very sorry but we can not provide the invitation letter.
We want to purchase brand-new machine.Can you sell us?
It depends on the manufacturer/sole sales agent. If they allow us to sell, we can do it.Normally most of manufacturers/dealers do not like unauthorized party to sell. However, it depends, let us know if you wish so.
Credit sale is available?
Basically, credit sale is not acceptable, but it could be considerable according to your creditability.
