• Are all the machines on your website kept in your yard?
  • Most machines are in our yard, but some are kept in other places.
  • Do you provide a warranty?
  • We’re very sorry, but due to the nature of the second-hand business, we can’t offer a warranty. However, we always try to provide as much information as possible – along with photos, videos and inspection reports – so that you can clearly understand the condition of each machine.
  • What are your payment terms?
  • In general, we only accept 100 % T/T in advance. However, under certain circumstances we may consider accepting an “L/C at sight”.
  • Can you recondition/repair the machines that we intent to purchase?
  • Yes, we can provide reconditioning or repair service for an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote.
  • Can you arrange the shipping?
  • Yes, we can arrange shipping based on CIR/CFR terms. We handle the container loading ourselves.
  • We would like to inspect the machines before purchasing, but we need a “Letter of Invitation” for our visa application to Japan. Can you issue such a “Letter of Invitation”?
  • Yes, we can issue a “Letter of Invitation” if you have previously had a business transaction with us. Please understand that we are unable to offer this service to new customers who have not yet done business with us.
  • Do you offer brand new machines as well?
  • Depending on the manufacturer or sales agent, it may be possible. However, in many cases, brand-new machines are only available through authorized dealers, and we may not be permitted to sell them directly. If there’s a specific machine you’re interested in, please let us know—we’ll be happy to check whether we can offer it to you.
  • Do you offer credit sales?
  • Generally we do not offer credit sale. However, depending on your creditworthiness, we may be able to consider it on a case-by-case basis.
